Wedding Planning Packages

Each bride and wedding is unique, and her special day should be exactly that—unique and perfect for her!  The following packages are not written in stone; they can be customized according to your needs and desires.  Some brides want to do almost everything themselves and just want some reassurance and guidance when requested, while other brides feel overwhelmed and would feel much more comfortable with a professional taking care of every detail.  Whether you are like one of brides above or somewhere in between, we would love to visit with you and create a package just for you!


Platinum Package: $4,000.00

This package is from covers it all, and nothing will be left to chance. We will meet with you at the very beginning and be by your side through the reception. 
All consultations and meetings up to 50 hours are included in this package, with unlimited email correspondence and unlimited phone calls during business hours. We will assist you with setting up a wedding website with your personal web address, your romantic story, wedding pictures, your registry information, guestbook, and also an on-line RSVP option. We will go over your budget with you and help you manage it and stay within it. We will work with you to create and maintain a realistic budget and payment schedule for all vendors; prepare a detailed, customized wedding timeline for you and work with you to stay on task.  We will help you with your whole wedding vision, including color scheme, theme and style; venue and vendor selection and reservations in addition to all negotiation and will accompany you to scheduled vendor appointments and site walk-throughs; counsel on wedding etiquette; assist in selection of accommodations for you, your wedding party, and out-of-town guests: Assist in selection of flowers and overall décor; assist in selection wedding invitations and will prepare and mail them; Coordinate your rehearsal, wedding, and every aspect of your reception. In addition, we will assist you with personal shopping, including selection of wedding party and guest gifts and bridal attire and accessories for you, your groom and attendants. We will run errands for you, taking care of up-to-the-last minute details. We will oversee and coordinate your wedding to the last detail, making sure that everyone is on the same page, there is no confusion, and that everything runs on schedule. This package ensures that you’ll truly have an unforgettable Red Letter Wedding without worry or stress, and you will be pampered like a princess with a bridal assistant at your beck and call to take care of your every need. You’ll be guests at your own wedding!  From beginning to end our experienced wedding coordinators set aside time to provide an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

 

Gold Package: $3,200

This package is for the bride who may have already completed part of her wedding plans and needs less help than offered in the Platinum Package but more help than offered in the Silver Package.

All consultations and meetings up to 40 hours are included in this package, with unlimited email correspondence and unlimited phone calls during business hours. We will work with you to create and maintain a realistic budget and payment schedule for all vendors; prepare a customized timeline with monthly reminders for you; assist in your selection of color scheme, theme, and overall style and vision of how you want your wedding to be; counsel on wedding etiquette; help you with your vendor and venue selections, negotiations and confirmations. We will assist you with selection, preparation and mailing of wedding invitations as well as accommodations for your wedding night, your wedding party and out-of-town guests. We will oversee and coordinate your rehearsal, wedding, and reception, ensuring that everyone is on the same page, that there is no confusion, and everything runs according to schedule.  In addition, we will guide and assist you with to-the last-minute details and provide an assistant to the bride for all your last minute needs. This package ensures that your wedding day will be your red letter day, and you are able to relax and enjoy your fabulous wedding!

 

Silver Package: $2,500.00

This package includes coordination details for your wedding day and reception, with assistance and guidance on color scheme, theme, style and overall vision. All consultations and meetings up to 30 hours with email access and phone calls (during business hours) are included in this package. We will work with you to create and maintain a realistic budget and payment schedule for all vendors; prepare a personalized timeline with monthly reminders to help you stay on task. We will help you with your vendor selections and confirmation of vendors.  In addition we will provide counsel on wedding etiquette. We will oversee and coordinate your rehearsal, wedding, and reception, ensuring that everyone is on the same page, that there is no confusion, and everything runs according to schedule.   We will also provide the bride with an assistant for your last minute needs.

 

Bronze Package: $2,000

This package includes coordination details for your wedding day and reception, with guidance on color scheme, theme and style of your wedding.  All consultations and meetings up to 25 hours including unlimited email and phone access (during business hours) are included in this package. We will work with you to create and maintain a realistic budget and payment schedule for all vendors and develop a personalized timeline to help keep you on schedule. After you have selected all of your vendors you will give needed information and contacts to our bridal coordinator who will confirm and schedule all the activities for the day, providing a time line of events for the wedding party. This package includes an assistant to the bride for all her last minute needs prior to the wedding, during the planning process. This package does not include any day of services.

Let’s Get Started Package: $1,500

We will address your questions and concerns in detail concerning your wedding plans and provide assistance, advice and guidance. This package includes assistance with vendor selections, budgeting, negotiations with vendors, scheduling, advice on effective wedding party communication and coordination. All consultations and meetings up to18 hours are included in this package.

 

Rehearsal Package: $500

This package provides coordination for the rehearsal. All consultations and meetings up to 5 hours with email access and phone calls (during business hours) are included in this package.  After you have selected all of your vendors you will give that information to our wedding coordinator who will confirm and schedule all the activities for the day of rehearsal, and will assist in direction of all activities at the rehearsal.  This package includes an assistant to the bride for all her last minute needs before the day of the wedding.

 

Wedding Ceremony Package: $800

This package provides coordination for the wedding ceremony. All consultations and meetings up to10 hours with email access and phone calls (during business hours) are included in this package. After you have selected all your vendors and supply this information to our bridal consultant, she will confirm, schedule and assist in all the activities for the wedding ceremony. This package includes an assistant to the bride for all her last minute needs before and during the ceremony.

 

Reception Package: $1,200

This package provides coordination for the reception. All consultations and meetings up to 15 hours are included in this package with email access and phone calls (during business hours). After you have selected all your vendors and supply this information to our wedding planner, she will confirm, schedule and assist in all the activities for the reception. This package includes an assistant to the bride for all her last minute needs before and during the reception.

Ask the Expert:  $200
This is an initial consultation of a minimum of two hours where we gather information to determine your needs and give you a customized quote.  We will also discuss your wedding vision overall, give you information, wedding tips and answer any questions you may have.  This non-refundable fee will be applied to the wedding planning package you book with us.

*Maximum hours of service in the package plans include all consultation and work time.  Any extra hours incurred over the maximum hours of service package will be charged at the rate of $80 per hour.

An additional fee of $200 will be added to any wedding or event on a holiday or holiday weekend (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.)

We accept no commissions from vendors.

Concierge Services:

This a la carte wedding planning service is available at $80 per hour and includes but is not limited to any of the following:

  • Planning sessions.
  • Consultations as needed.
  • Budget worksheet/time line.
  • Wedding ceremony and reception itineraries.
  • Ordering event items such as food or decorations.
  • Meeting with vendors as needed    
  • Decorating ceremony and/or reception venue.
  • Personal assistant to bride on wedding day.
  • Additional bridal coordinator for wedding and/or reception.
  • Assistance with reserving hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests.
  • Planning and booking reservations and activities for weekend guests.
  • Decoration of honeymoon suite
  • Delivery of guest baskets to guest’s hotel rooms.
  • Preparing, addressing and ending invitations.     
  • Managing RSVPs.
  • Sending thank you cards and wedding announcements
  • Children’s on-site reception planning. 
  • Qualified on-site childcare and supervision with activities on wedding day.
  • Wedding etiquette instruction for bride and bridal party.


We also offer the following in-home honeymoon services: 

You’ll have added peace of mind on your honeymoon knowing that your house, pets, and plants are being taken care of according to your instructions and without fail.  We’ll even make sure you’ve got a clean house and groceries on your return!

·         In-home house sitting which includes pet care, mail-pick-up and
      watering plants:  $100 per day.
·         House watching while you’re away:  $25 per visit.
·         Light house cleaning:  $20 per hour.
·         Pet care (including dog walking and litter cleaning):  $15 per visit.
·         Plant watering and mail pick-up:  $10 per visit.
·         Personal shopping:  $20 per hour.
·         General errands, pick-up and deliveries:  $20 per hour.
